About Us:

South Mountain Physical Therapy Core Values

  • Provide the best patient experience.
  • Provide a clean atmosphere where patients feel at home and would like to return back.
  • Value the patient and let them know they are the driving force as to why we are here.
  • Ensure that all communications with the patients, from scheduling, to billing, to Dr. Follow-ups, to explanation of exercises, and creating goals of their therapy are as smooth as possible and that they are never alone in the process.
  • Make sure all necessary/practical/innovative resources are available for the patient’s recovery.
  • Make therapy fun by keeping the atmosphere upbeat and pleasant. Showmanship and bedside manner are important to us.

  • Educate and empower the patient with the knowledge that is critical to their recovery. Make sure they know; together, we can achieve their goals.
  • Visit and maintain relationships with new and current referral sources to make sure that their offices understand what kind of service we can provide for their patients.
  • Take the busy work from referral coordinators and make their job easier by providing a simple one phone call/fax/email solution to scheduling their patients. (Send it and forget it!)
  • Ensure that the public knows what sets us apart. It’s not that we just provide physical therapy services. It’s that we stress the human compassion component that motivates patients to get them back to their lives.

Staff

Eva Orso, PT Co-owner. Eva grew up and obtained her education in Sweden. She graduated from Uppsala University of Health and Caring Sciences in 1997, prior to moving to California. In California she worked and functioned as treatment manager/therapist in a large private physical therapy facility. In 2004 she moved to Arizona where she worked as clinic director for a nationally recognized physical therapy corporation. Shortly after, she ventured out into the private business world by starting a local physical therapy company from the ground up. This venture eventually brought her to co-owning and managing South Mountain Physical Therapy with her husband Brandon Orso.
My treatment philosophy is simple “Care for every patient as an individual and assist them in accomplishing their goals… while making therapy fun!” Following this philosophy has helped me in assisting my patients. I’m proud to say many of my patients refer family members and friends and return for other diagnosis down the road. Some even stop by just to give a hug and let us know how they are doing. I truly care for each one of my patients. It’s great to form long lasting bonds where my patients feel they can return for other rehabilitation needs.

Brandon Orso, Co-owner. Brandon grew up in the greater Los Angeles area in Southern California. He focused professionally on business to business sales/marketing and residential real estate. When given the opportunity to focus on South Mountain Physical Therapy, he was excited to bring his skills and knowledge to build a healthy and modern organization. Brandon manages all day to day administrative duties of the clinic. One of Brandon’s main goals is to have South Mountain Physical Therapy stay in direct contact with former, current and future patients along with their primary care physicians.
“Our greatest strength will always be our relationships with everyone we come in contact with and how we value them. That’s why it’s important to keep a constant dialogue open with the people that truly count.”
